Ordering, payment and delivery



Products are ordered by "inserting" them into the basket within the online store and after confirmation of the order, they are irrevocable (except in cases and according to the procedure provided by applicable laws). After confirmation, the order enters processing status. After processing the order, you will be informed about the status of your order by e-mail. The order processing period is usually 2-3 working days. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week. From that moment, the delivery time is 3 working days. If it happens that the online store is not able to deliver all the products ordered by the customer, in that case it will deliver the products that are available, about which it will inform the customer by e-mail (or phone). BLONDY.RS online store reserves the right to cancel the order after physical inspection of the item, if the person in charge of checking the item before sending concludes that it is not suitable for further sale, which will also inform the customer by e-mail (or phone).


Payment methods

Payment for orders in the territory of the Republic of Serbia is made by cash on delivery, when receiving shipments, as well as by all supported credit and debit cards of banks. If the delivery is made outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia, you have the option of paying with PayPal, as well as with all supported bank credit and debit cards.

When choosing to pay by card, the online buyer agrees to the conditions that, if more than one item is ordered, the order will be delivered in its entirety or completely canceled due to the impossibility of partial reservation of funds per order.

Refunds in case of goods return are made by the online store exclusively to the current account whose number the customer has provided in Contract withdrawal form or Reklamacionom listu.

Payment by debit and credit cards

The online store is committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business and user information in accordance with good business practices and in accordance with According to the Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 87/2018) and in order to provide quality service.

Protection of confidential transaction data

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology.

Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa AD Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. At no time are payment card details available to our system.

Refund of funds paid by cards

In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the online store is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, AMEX and DinaCard payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request.

Statement of Conversion

All payments will be made in Serbian currency - dinar (RSD). The amount for which your account will be debited was obtained by converting the price expressed in euros into Serbian dinars at the current exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When debiting your card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of the credit card association. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference compared to the original price listed in our online store.


IMPORTANT: We inform you that in accordance with the current situation, caused by the Covid-19 virus pandemic, delivery times may differ from the usual ones, listed below.

The goods are delivered throughout Serbia. Delivery is made via the DEExpress courier service. All received orders for delivery on the territory of the Republic of Serbia are sent on the next working day. The delivery time depends on the courier service and is usually 1 to 3 days. Orders received on the last working day of the week are sent on the first following working day.
Orders for delivery outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia are sent the next working day, after payment has been made. The delivery time is usually from 10 to 15 working days and is done through the "Post-Export" service of the Public Enterprise "Post of Serbia". The delivery time may be longer than indicated if the ordered products are not currently available or the customer received the online purchase confirmation during the weekend or public holidays.

The ordered products are delivered to the entrance of the customer's residential building. If it is a residential building, the delivery person is not obliged to carry the goods to the floor where the customer is, but to the entrance of the building.

The buyer is obliged to sign the delivery note when picking up the products, which the courier service takes as a confirmation of picking up the ordered products.

If the buyer refuses to receive the ordered goods upon delivery to the desired address, the seller has the right to request reimbursement of postal and own handling costs.

Delivery expenses

All orders up to the amount of RSD 5,900.00 are delivered with postage costs of RSD 370.00. Orders over RSD 5,900.00 are sent without postage.

Can I track the shipment?

After handing over the shipment to the courier service, a tracking number assigned to that shipment is recorded for each order. Users who are registered in our online store can see the tracking number in the "My Account -> Orders" section.
