Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Payment of orders on the territory of the Republic of Serbia is done by delivery, upon receipt of the shipment, and also, by all accepted bank credit or debit cards.

If the delivery is done outside the Republic of Serbia, you can use PayPal as payment option and also, by all accepted bank credit or debit cards.

How long will delivery take?

All received orders for delivery on the territory of the Republic of Serbia are sent on the next working day. Delivery time depends on the courier service and usually is 1 to 2 days. Orders received on the last working day of the week shall be sent on the first following working day.

Orders delivered outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia are sent on the next business day after the payment has been made. Delivery time is usually from 5 to 10 business days.

What are delivery charges?

All orders value over 5.900,00 dinars for delivery in the territory of the Republic of Serbia will be send free of charge..

Orders for delivery outside the borders of the Republic of Serbia will be charged depending on the destination.

Can I track my order?

After handing over the delivery to the courier service, for each order, the tracking number assigned to that shipment is recorded. Registered users on our site can see the tracking number in the section „My Account -> Orders“. Based on the tracking number, you can track the shipment via DExpress, the courier service website..
